  • Branding & identity design — 4 to 6 weeks from discovery to final delivery
  • SEO — ongoing monthly retainer; initial improvements visible within 60–90 days
  • Social media marketing — ongoing monthly retainer; content calendar delivered 1 week before each month
  • Graphic design — 3 to 7 business days per project depending on scope

After a one-off project like a website or branding, we also offer a 30-day post-launch support period to handle any issues or minor changes at no additional cost.

Digital marketing retainers start from NRs 17,999/month (Pahad Package); SEO from NRs 14,999/month; social media from NRs 14,999/month; web development from NRs 49,999 one-time; graphic design from NRs 14,999/month; and branding from NRs 29,999 one-time. Yes. For project-based work, we typically split payment into milestones — usually 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. For ongoing monthly retainers, payment is made at the start of each month. We accept bank transfer (Nepal banking), eSewa, and other common Nepali payment methods. For larger projects, we're open to discussing custom payment schedules.

No — never. Every cost is itemized in your proposal before you commit. If the scope changes during a project, we discuss and agree on any additional cost before proceeding. We believe full financial transparency is fundamental to a trustworthy client relationship. What you see in the proposal is what you pay.

Monthly retainers are customized per client, but typically include a defined scope of deliverables (e.g., X blog posts, X social posts, X hours of SEO work), a dedicated account manager, a monthly performance report, and ongoing email or WhatsApp support. We review retainer scope every 3 months to ensure it's still aligned with your evolving business goals.

For project-based work: if we have not started work, deposits are fully refundable. Once work has commenced, we invoice for work completed to date. For monthly retainers: you may cancel with 30 days' written notice. We do not lock clients into long-term contracts — we prefer to earn your ongoing business through results rather than contractual obligation.
